Got some snow today and a whole lotta sleet. The street is going to be a sheet of ice tomorrow. Good thing school and work have been cancelled. I baked some linzer cookies this afternoon. And it’s my parents’ 54th anniversary!
I was wrong! The street is not a sheet of ice. It was warm enough overnight that the mess mostly melted away. However, it is supposed to get down to 25 tonight so we may have an icy mess tomorrow.
Those linzer cookies were KILLER. I want to eat them ALL.
