By popular demand (all two of you), I am posting Cover Story, our 2006 24-Hour Video Race final film project.
It’s a ginormous download (30 MB), so don’t say I didn’t warn you. Yes, I’m sure it could be a smaller download but I don’t know how to make it into such, so this is what we’re stuck with for now.

I will take any and all suggestions for getting a 5-minute movie from Final Cut Pro into a file small enough to post to the web.]
After I download the file, clicking on it produces an error message that says, unhelpfully, “The movie cannot be opened.” (Bill Gates might as well have written that dialog box script.) What gives, Katy Mac Guru?
Since you’re taking any and all suggestions, have tried the power of prayer? Or sometimes slapping the side of the computer helps.
I’ve put it up on my server as a zip file that you can download, unzip (the file, you pervert) and then either play or burn to DVD on your own machine. The link is here.
I make no guarantees that it works any better but you might give it a try. It’s still a ginormus download as the zip file didn’t compress it much.
