Leslie is like the coolest person EVER!

Two days after Arushi bought her new G4, Apple announced price drops and speed bumps on their G4 line. I was so freaked out that the computer she bought 48 hours ago was now worth about $1000 less. Apple, nice guys that they are, told her to simply bring her receipt in to the store and they gave her a large percentage of that price difference back. Where else would you get that kind of service?

I’m in full swing, getting my print portfolio up to speed. I don’t have as much stuff as I’d like at this point. I think that I might take some disks of my work and applications down to Mom’s next week while I’m visiting, so I can use her iMac to get some work done.

Leslie is like the coolest person EVER! Just a random thought that I figured I’d write down for posterity. Bruce got a new (used) car — a respectable looking SUV so he can take his real estate clients around without them dying of fright or heat exhaustion in the old Volvo. It is now my task to help teach him the art of good driving, a skill he is apparently somewhat lacking.
