Dear Green Mountain Energy,
I wish to request that your company implement paperless billing. Every other utility that I use and bill that I pay — gas, water, phone, cable, internet, insurance, security system, credit cards, etc. — offers paperless billing as an option. I find it both ironic and unfortunate that a company as environmentally-minded as Green Mountain would let me pay online but still insist on sending me a paper bill in the mail each month. I enjoy supporting wind power, but I don’t see the necessity of wasting paper and resources.
