I made my Grandma Ruby's yakisoba recipe tonight, with a couple of changes that made it even better. I think she’d be proud of me.

Things feel bleak. Running helps. One of my goals for 2026 was to run a 10k by the end of the year. I hit that today. Also here’s the music I listened to while running.

Here are a couple of meals I have made in the past week. These were all made from scratch and delicious and I want to remember them.

I spent the afternoon wandering around H Mart. It is my happy place. I picked up some longanisa, Filipino sausages that we’ll eat for dinner Saturday night.
