Not long ago, Dilbert had one about everything going fine as long as some moron didn’t change the programming methodology in the middle of the project.
It really is truly amazing how many people in fields that require design and creativity have no idea what it means to change something they consider minor right smack in the middle of the project.
Those people make me visibly irritated.
